TASKS

Development of solution architecture for complex cloud applications based on AWS
Maintenance, ongoing support and operation of backend and platform systems
Management, monitoring and operations of applications and systems based on state-of-the-art cloud and blockchain technologies
o Customising applications with highest focus to security, usability, workflows, costs and interfaces
Participation in the development of operations processes and implementation
Preparation of technical documentations
Independent, agile work in the project team or in a DevOps team
Developing and monitoring of compliance processes
Designing and implementing infrastructure as code templates
Review of pull requests
Systematic incident management
Ensure smooth and secure operation of systems
Collaborating and mentoring the engineering teams to develop scalable, highperformance applications
Take ownership and ensure security issues in AWS
Continuously improving and automating manual tasks and optimising solution costs
Creation of backup and recovery concepts and processes

REQUIREMENTS

Completed technical education (technical college or university) with focus on IT, systems engineering, DevOps, cloud technology, software development
Very good security knowledge (firewalling, WAF, securing cloud applications)
Experience with certain security standards (PCI-DSS, GDPR) desirable
Good network knowledge (DNS, routing) in the cloud context
Experience and/or interest in blockchain projects
Deep understanding of DevOps tools and the agile concepts for cross-functional and company-wide collaboration between developers, management, development partners
Architect with a focus on designing and implementing secure cloud-native applications based on AWS
Hands-on mentality
Experience as a software developer or in collaboration with software developers
Extensive knowledge of operating systems on Amazon AWS and of complex system landscapes
Excellent knowledge of English

CLASSIFICATION & COMPENSATION

Employment with SoccerCoin Betriebs GmbH, Austria
Classification: collective labour agreement for IT, ST2, orientated on commerce BG E&F
Minimum gross salary EUR 2,063 p.m., 14x p.a. (exceeding compensation according to qualification and job experience possible)
