If no contract is concluded, the stored personal data will be deleted within 6 months after the last contact with the responsible party or, if a contract is concluded, after the end of the business relationship or after the expiry of the applicable guarantee, warranty, limitation and statutory retention periods or, in addition, after the end of any legal disputes in which the data could be required as evidence.
